Welcome to Megan Jimenez's Official Website! Megan is a 17-year-old level 10 gymnast from Precision Gymnastics in California. She is training under coaches Trent and Jill Spaulding. She is five-time JO National Qualifier and one-time Junior US National Qualifier.
Prior to Precision Gymnastics, Megan qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in 2007. That same year, she qualified to junior pre-elite. She finished sixth overall at the American Challenge and US Challenge. In 2008, Megan won the uneven bars title at the Level 10 Regionals and qualified to junior pre-elite again. Megan began competing for Precision Gymnastics in 2009. She won the all-around title at the Level 10 Regional Championships. At the Junior Olympic Nationals, she finished fourth on vault and fifth on uneven bars.
In 2010, Megan won the all-around title at the Level 10 SoCal State Championships. At the Level 10 Regional Championships, she placed sixth in the all-around and first on vault. There, she qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Dallas, Texas. At the beginning of May, Megan placed impressive fourth in the all-around, sixth on vault and fourth on balance beam at the JO Nationals. She also made the JO National Team. In June, Megan qualified to junior international elite and to the VISA Championships in Hartford, CT. In 2011, Megan won the all-around title at the Level 10 State Championships and Level 10 Regionals. At the Junior Olympic Nationals, Megan placed 14th in the all-around and fourth on balance beam. In 2012, Megan finished second on vault, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around at the State Championships. At the Level 10 Regionals, she placed third on uneven bars and in the all-around, qualifying to the JO Nationals for fifth time.
